WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Our printing and framing warehouse is located in Bayswater, Victoria.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer click and collect services due to COVID restrictions.

HOW COME MY ORDER ISN’T SENT OUT THE NEXT DAY?

All of our prints are made to order. This is to ensure that they are of the highest quality possible. We do not want to leave our paper prints exposed to warehouse environments (dust, fingers etc) as this can cause damage to the product.

Frameless prints are generally sent out between 1 - 3 business days. Framed prints can between 5 - 10 business days depending on how many orders we have that month. Please email hello@omgdesigns.com.au with if you have a certain date you need the artwork by.

Unframed Prints

A1 = 84.1 x 59.4cm
A2 = 59.4 x 42cm
A3 = 42 x 29.7cm
A4 = 29.7 x 21cm

Framed Prints (External Frame Dimensions)

A1 = 103 x 78cm
A2 = 53 x 73cm
A3 = 43.6 x 53.8cm
A4 = 33 x 43cm

Frames are approximately 2cm wide.

Please allow up to 5mm variance on dimensions as these frames are hand-made.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME:

All our orders ship directly from our factory in Melbourne in environmentally friendly, heavy-duty cardboard boxes. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be produced. Then allow additional time for shipping to you depending on your location.

Shipping times to most major Australia metropolitan cities is less than 2 weeks. Allow up to 14 days or more for regional and remote locations. Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

We are looking to ship internationally in the future however not at this time. Keep your eyes peeled.

ABOUT OUR ART:

All of our prints are available as unframed archival prints, produced on the highest quality premium, 240gsm matte paper. Prints can also be purchased framed in a selection of frame styles that arrive ready to hang on your wall. Our prints both framed and unframed are made to order from our Melbourne workshop, in a variety of sizes and styles options.

FRAMING:

Each framed print is personally assembled by Sarah's selected team of master picture framers in our Melbourne workshop. The frames are made from plantation grown, environmentally sustainable timber with genuine 2mm thick glass which is durable, doesn't flex and is easy to clean. Frames are available in either a smooth matte white, smooth matte black or a natural timber/oak finish. The Framed A1 comes with the highest grade, gallery quality acrylic rather than glass, for safer shipping and lighter weight hanging.

Our contemporary gallery-styled frames are a deep box profile, measuring 2cm wide on the face and 3-4cm deep against the wall. All frames are ready to hang.

PREMIUM MATBOARD BORDER:

All framed prints come included with a solid, white acid-free matboard border for a premium, balanced aesthetic and a professional, custom-framed look.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

As all items are custom made to order, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements. In the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to hello@omgdesigns.com.au with a description and photos of the damage or issue, so we can discuss with you.

All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.

Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON YOUR OMG PRODUCTS?

All our products are quality controlled before we dispatch - and we pride ourselves on selling top quality products. We offer a 12 month product warranty on all framed items.

Please note, we are not liable for any misuse of the products, and only accept returns if they meet our Returns Policy. Please note, all canvas and art prints are not intended for use in direct sunlight, or will cause fading. We take no responsibility if you hang your artwork in direct sunlight, and it does this.

HOW DO I HANG MY PRINT?

There is a hanging wire pre-attached on the back of all framed prints, for easy hanging upon arrival.

All unframed paper art prints will require framing once you receive the mailer tube with rolled art print/s. We recommend when receiving to lay it flat on a clean surface, ideally lay a clean cloth or sheet on a table or clean flat floor. then lay the print down and put another sheet on top - with flat weights, books etc. The print should relax in a day or so so you can put in a frame. We recommend purchasing a frame where the print sits up next to the glass or take to a professional framer who can mount the print for you.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY CUSTOM ARTWORK ON FILE?

4 Weeks. – Unfortunately after this period of time all commissioned art is removed from our system to make way for new designs so if you would like copies and extra frames of your artwork you will have 4 weeks to do so.
